HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
1 ½ cups butter, it makes everything better. DO NOT think of that heart attack
12 cloves garlic, 8 minced and 4 sliced
2 tsp liquid seasoning (like a Maggi)
 2 tsp crushed black pepper
 ¾ cup thick cream
 ¾ cup parmesan, freshly grated
 6 brioche rolls
 1 ½ cups medium shrimp, de-shelled and de-veined
1 ½ cups cooked crab meat
1 stalk spring onion, finely diced

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:
1

We want to start off with the awesomesauce. For this, melt 1/2 cup of butter and in it lightly fry 8 minced garlic pods and 1 tsp of crushed pepper and 1 tsp liquid seasoning for around 3 minutes. Then, dump in the cooking cream along with the grated parmesan creating this buttery-garlicky goodness. Set aside

2

On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, we want to slit our rolls, butter generously and pop them into the oven for 5 minutes.

3

On a very low flame, drop into a pan 1/2 cup butter and the 4 sliced garlic pods and fry until fragrant, around 2 minutes. To this, add the remaining liquid seasoning, crushed pepper, shrimp and toss for around 2 high until pinkish orange in color, then add the crab meat and fry for a further 1 minute. Add the spring onions and then take off the fire.

4

Load the toasted bread up with the seafood mix. Top with the awesomesauce. Enjoy.
