HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
 1 tsp crushed black pepper
 ½ cup fresh whipping cream
 1 tsp lemon, juice and zest
 salt to taste
 ½ cup smoked salmon, cut into strips
 ¼ cup dill, roughly torn

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

Pre-heat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Mix the cheese with plain flour and crushed black pepper.

Spoon teaspoon sized rounds of this mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Place the tray under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted to make a golden-brown crisp. Remove each crisp carefully and leave to cool on greaseproof paper.

Whip cream with the lemon juice and zest of lemon and season with salt to taste.

Spoon about 1/2 tsp of the lemon-cream over the cooled parmesan crisps, top with salmon and sprigs of dill.
