  1. Wash the basil, tear off stalks and discard. Leave the upper leaves portion to drain on a paper towel.
  2. Get that food processor out (my first time, I used my NutriBullet- don’t judge!). Throw in the basil, peeled garlic cloves, pine nuts, chilli flakes and parmesan.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and blend.
  4. Season according to taste, and done.
  5. Enjoy!
