HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 2 NY strip steaks
 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 8 tbsp brown butter
3 tsp smoked salt (and more, to taste)
 3 tsp crushed black pepper
 1 sweet onion, sliced
 2 cloves garlic, sliced
 2 Thai red chillies, sliced
 ½ cup pineapple chunks
 ¼ cup pineapple juice
 1 tbsp honey
8 cooked baby potatoes (tossed in brown butter)

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:
1

Wash the steaks and pat dry. Marinate them with 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In that time, get your onion, garlic, chillies and pineapple ready.

2

Just before you start, set your steak out on the counter at room temperature for 5 minutes, pat dry and then you go! Melt 4 tbsp of brown butter in a hot pan, sprinkle a tsp each of salt on each steak and then fry those fuckers up. Check the link below to cook the perfect steaks. Once done, set aside to rest for 3 minutes.

3

Now you got to be quick AF. In that same pan (juices and all), increase the flame to a high and toss in the remaining butter. Add the onions and toss for a minute until translucent but still crisp. Add the garlic and chillies and toss for a few seconds in your now smoking pan. Decrease your flame to a medium, add the pineapple chunks in and toss for a bit more. Finally, add in remaining Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice and honey and let this come to a simmer on high fire. Season to taste and you're ready!

4

Serve over the steaks and a side of baby potatoes. Bon fuckin appétit!
