AVOCADO TOAST FOR THE FANCY ONES

We all have that fancy twat of a friend. Make this for them. Or for you, if you’re it.

HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 1 avocado
 1 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp honey
 salt
 2 tsp chilli flakes
 4 cloves garlic, peeled
 25 g cream cheese
 a hunka butter
 olive oil
 1 cup chorizo sliced
 2 eggs
 4 slices sourdough bread
 4 slices red cheddar
 2 teeny ass sprigs of coriander

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

To your avocado, add lemon juice salt, honey and 1 tsp of chilli flakes. Mash it all together. Add salt to taste.

Now for your garlic jam, drop some butter over the whole garlic in a bowl, along with a tsp of chilli flakes and salt, and pop the thing into a microwave for 3 minutes. Then take it and mash the thing up. Once cool, add in the cream cheese and mix well.

Then, fry up the chorizo until slightly crisp on the outside. In the yummy fatty chorizo oil, toast your bread. Top with the cheddar slices, set aside and let the heat melt the cheese.

Fry the eggs next. For each egg, heat a little olive oil, then add butter to it and swirl around the pan. When hot, break an egg into it and fry. As the edges turn golden brown and crispy, start spooning some of the buttery goodness over the yolk and then turn off heat, keeping the yolks quite runny.

On the cheese-melted bread, generously spread your garlic jam, lay on the chorizo slices, top with the egg and then the avocado smash, place that sprig of cilantro over that’ll make you look fancy and then stuff your fuckin face!
