Ingredients: HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:; a hunka butter; 2 cloves garlic, sliced; 6 rashers bacon, chopped; 6 baby potatoes, halved; 4 breakfast sausages; 1 sprig fresh oregano (or dried); 6 mushrooms; 1 small can baked beans; 1 can crushed tomatoes; ¼ cup water; 4 eggs; 6 pieces Mozarella; ¼ cup Parmesan, grated; ½ cup Pepper Jack, grated; salt and crushed black pepper; bread of choice, toasted

HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:

a hunka butter

2 cloves garlic, sliced

6 rashers bacon, chopped

6 baby potatoes, halved

4 breakfast sausages

1 sprig fresh oregano (or dried)

6 mushrooms

1 small can baked beans

1 can crushed tomatoes

¼ cup water

4 eggs

6 pieces Mozarella

¼ cup Parmesan, grated

½ cup Pepper Jack, grated

salt and crushed black pepper

bread of choice, toasted

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

In a warm pan (a large one) throw in that hunk of butter and the garlic, let the butter melt and the garlic cook in it for not more than 3-5 minutes.

To that add in the bacon and the baby potatoes. The sausages go in next, along with the oregano. Mix this all together and fry up for a good 10 minutes or so.

When the sausages and bacon have browned, increase the flame, throw in the shrooms and toss for a few minutes.

Next, open up your cans, tomato and the baked beans and dump em in.

Stir the whole thing, should look like a bake, but not baked. Add ¼ cup water if required.

Add salt & crushed pepper to taste. Break your eggs, one at a time, in the pan. Cover with a lid for a few minutes and let them set. Toast your bread.

Uncover the pan, throw over your mozzarella, parmesan and pepper jack. Season well, take off the heat & now stuff that in your fuckin face!
