CINNAMON ROLL PANCAKES

Because ain’t nobody got time to make cinnamon rolls in the morning.

PANCAKES, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 2 tbsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 egg, beaten
 ½ cup cream
 ½ cup milk
 2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
CINNAMON SUGAR, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
 2 tbsp brown sugar
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 50 g cream cheese
 2 tbsp milk
 1 tbsp powdered sugar
 a hunka butter

All right, don't be a lazy shit and make your pancakes from scratch. Mix all the dry ingredients together first and then dump in the egg, cream, milk and butter. Whisk it like there’s no one watching. Get it? Get it?

Prepare your cinnamon sugar with cinnamon and sugar. Duh. And then your frosting where you got to literally just dump the ingredients in the bowl and whisk them all together.

Okay, now your batter is ready. In a warm pan over medium heat, add a dollop of butter and swirl around. Once melted, add a ladle (around 1/2 cup) of batter to the pan and sit tight. Patience. Now, when you notice the batter (before the damn bubbles set) begin to get a glazed look, create a swirly pattern with the cinnamon sugar. And now wait for the bubbles. Flip the bugger, wait a minute and you’re good.

Stack them babies, top with the cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
