Simple, easy and quick AF to make n’ bake.
Pre-heat your oven to 375°F.
Heat your empty casserole dish ever so slightly, drop your butter in and grease your dish.
So what we’re going to do is, divide your casserole into 2 layers.
Lay down half the quantity of everything- the macaroni, tuna chunks, peppers, gherkins, corn, olives and parsley, slightly mix it all to evenly distribute.
Whisk together the crushed garlic, cream cheese, zest, pepper, salt, wine and cooking cream. Pour half the quantity over the first layer and sprinkle 2 cups of cheddar over.
Start with the next layer, the same thing, ending with the 2 cups of cheddar. Lastly, top with the crushed chips and the last cup of cheddar.
Bake for 40 minutes, leaving the grill on for the last 10 minutes.
Now stuff that into your fuckin face!
