You’re going to want to make this again and again.
Marinate your pork belly with salt, malt vinegar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic and onion powder and set aside for 1.5 hours.
Now we got to double dip here. Set your station up with a bowl each of flour and beaten eggs, and an empty plate to plop the coated piece of meat.
So the way it goes is flour-eggs-flour and set aside. Got it? Alright go!
Once done, heat oil in a deep bottomed pot and shallow fry your pork belly on low heat until browned well and cooked through. This should take around 8 minutes on each side and I'm counting all four sides. (Alternatively, you can deep fry the pieces on low heat for 8-10 minutes.)
