CRISPY BALLS, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 a hunka butter
 3 large potatoes, grated
 1 cup ham slices, diced
 ¾ cup self-raising flour
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 50 g cream cheese
 2 eggs, beaten
 oil

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:
1

Balls first. In a pan on a medium flame, pour in some oil and a hunk of butter (why? Because butter makes everything better you dipshit).

2

While that heats up, toss those grated potatoes and ham in flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and mix in the cream cheese and eggs.

3

Using a tablespoon at a time, drop the mix into the hot oil, sorta like pancaked, but try to get them a bit more rounded, balls are more satisfying. They should take around 3 minutes on each side and you’re good to go.

4

Drain on a kitchen towel and eat warm.
