PEPPER SAUCE

HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 100 g butter
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 2 shallots, finely diced
 1 tbsp cracked black peppercorns
 1 tbsp cracked white peppercorns
 1 tbsp cracked green peppercorns
 1 cup cooking cream
 1 cup grana padano, grated
 1 sprigs fresh thyme
 2 tbsp Jack Daniels
 1 tsp salt

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

In a saucepan over low heat, start by melting butter. To this, add the garlic and shallots and fry them for 3 minutes.

Then drop in the cracked peppercorns, and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Turn the flame up to a medium and then pour in the cooking cream, cheese and thyme and let it come to a simmer.

Pour in the JD and season with salt, letting it heat for a further 5 minutes.

Serve over steaks, chicken, pasta or eat plain.
