HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 2 sheets of puff pastry (12x6 inches)
 1 egg, beaten
 salt and crushed black pepper
 butter
PASTRY 1, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 4 rashers bacon, chopped
 2 stalks asparagus, halved
 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
 ½ cup parmesan
PASTRY 2, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 40 g sour cream
 40 g smoked salmon
 2 sprigs of dill, gently cut
PASTRY 3, HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 40 g cream cheese
 40 g figs, halved (or strawberries, apricots or plums)
 2 tbsp honey
 1 stalk spring onion, diced

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

On a grease proof papered tray, lay out your 3 puff pastry sheets. Using a pastry brush, lather on the beaten egg and sprinkle with salt & crushed pepper. Pre-heat your oven to 350°F.

Sheet #1: Fry yummy bacon and when almost done, throw in the asparagus and take off heat. Lay on the cherry tomatoes, bacon and asparagus, top with salt, pepper, dollops of butter and parmesan.

Sheet #2: Throw on just dollops of butter. Go on, you heard us right.

Sheet #3: Do it exactly like the previous one. Just dollops of butter.

Bake them for 10-12 minutes, and let them cool slightly.

Your sheet #1 is ready to eat. On sheet #2, add dollops of sour cream, smoked salmon and dill. For sheet #3, add on the cream cheese, figs, honey and spring onions.

Yep, all done. Really! Season with salt and pepper if you wish and then stuff your fuckin face now, you know you want to.
