CREAMIEST, CHEESIEST SCRAMBLED EGGS

HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 butter, lotsa butter
 1 tsp dried oregano (or whatever herb you fancy)
 8 eggs, beaten until fluffy AF
 1 cup cooking cream
 ½ tsp salt
 2 tsp crushed black pepper (can you tell? We love pepper!)
 ½ cup Grana Padano, grated
 ½ cup brie (or Truffle cheese, if you can find it)
 ½ cup cheddar (mild)
 1 tbsp Truffle oil
 4 bunches cherry tomatoes (keeping the stalk on makes you seem fancy)
 bread of your choice
 and FUCKIN PATIENCE!

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

Butter your bread & pop into the oven to toast for around 5-8 minutes.

Those tomatoes, pour truffle oil over, season and pop into the oven alongside your bread. This stays in for 5-8 minutes too.

In a warm pan and very low heat, throw in that hunk of butter and your favorite herb, let the butter melt.

Very gently, drop in your eggs, and with a spatula, stir them around.

Your cream goes in next and season generously. Keep stirring on a very low flame, patience remember?

While it is still liquid, add in your cheese, yep all 3. Stir, keep stirring until it just thickens. Take that toast out, you don’t wana burn the damn things.

Pour your truffle oil over the eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper and turn off flame. They should be wet, almost jelly like, not dry. Who dafuq eats dried up scrambled eggs anyway?!

Take out your tomatoes, serve up and enjoy!
