SPICY CHORIZO DIP

You will want to put this in your mouth at breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then you’ll want it at snack time too.

HERE’S WTF YOU NEED:
 30 g butter
 200 g chorizo, chopped
 6 cloves garlic, sliced
 4 tsp chilli flakes
 100 g cream cheese
 ½ cup cooking cream
 salt to taste
 50 g red cheddar, grated
 baguette, sliced and toasted

HERE’S WTF YOU DO:

Melt butter on low flame in a pan and toss in the chorizo along with the garlic and chilli flakes for around 8 minutes. Once fried, with all the lovely juices oozing out, set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, slice up your baguette and toast it in the oven.

In a blender, pop in the cooled sausage mix along with its juices (yea, we mean the oil), add in the cream cheese and cream and blitz. Add salt to taste.

Chuck into a bowl and top with the grated cheddar. Serve up.
